2 a. If you have a biofeedback machine like HeartMath, then think about all these things that you are grateful for and feel your heart opening. By breathing in on five and breathing out on five and as if all the things that you are grateful for comes into your heart and spreads from your heart to all.
2 b. If you do not have a biofeedback machine, just breathe in and out on five counts and visualise all the things you are grateful for comes in to your heart and spread from your heart to all.
Heart centered breathing and breathing in and out on the count of five has shown to synchronise the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.
